Terms & Conditions – 888cuci

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and 888cuci ("888cuci", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://888cuci.co and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

Your access to or use of the 888cuci platform — including browsing content, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotion — constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms were last updated on 12 June 2026. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an active account on the 888cuci platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The 888cuci platform is strictly prohibited for persons under 21. By registering, you warrant that you have attained the minimum age requirement.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or in the interest of, any other person when creating an account or placing wagers.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of 888cuci or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or related entities.
• You have not been self-excluded from 888cuci or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains active.

888cuci reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to proof of age, proof of identity, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or termination.

Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 888cuci platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different personal details, devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or household addresses, is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, Malaysian mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration process or subsequent verification. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must notify 888cuci promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 888cuci support immediately via the on-site live chat.

888cuci reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.

All transactions on the 888cuci platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 888cuci supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank FPX, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, and AmBank. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a promotion. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account settings, although enhanced due diligence may be triggered for large or unusual transactions in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. 888cuci does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests require completed identity verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of the Know Your Customer ("KYC") process.

888cuci does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party fees imposed by payment service providers are outside our control and may be deducted from the transaction amount.

Any funds deposited that are suspected to be derived from illegal activity, or any withdrawal request that raises concerns under applicable anti-money-laundering regulations, will be frozen pending investigation. 888cuci reserves the right to report such activity to the relevant authorities.

888cuci offers promotional bonuses and incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• If a withdrawal is requested before a wagering requirement is fulfilled, 888cuci reserves the right to deduct any outstanding bonus amount and associated winnings from the withdrawal.
• 888cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, or any other conduct deemed abusive at 888cuci's sole discretion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

All wagers placed on the 888cuci platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product category — live casino, slots, table games, and sportsbook — as published within each game or section. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the wager in question.

888cuci uses independently audited Random Number Generation ("RNG") technology for all applicable games. Published Return to Player ("RTP") percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of rounds and do not guarantee any individual result.

888cuci reserves the right to void any wager that is placed in error, that exploits a technical malfunction, that is based on information obtained through any unfair advantage, or that is otherwise in breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888cuci platform:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including identity fraud, payment fraud, and collusion with other players.
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any player who discovers a technical error is required to report it to support and must not exploit it.
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of wagering based on information not available to the general public.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the 888cuci platform or its content.
• Any conduct that 888cuci reasonably determines constitutes an attempt to defraud the platform or other players.

Breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

All content on the 888cuci platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, and software — is the property of 888cuci or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any such content outside of your normal use of the platform as a registered Member.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888cuci, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other economic loss, even if 888cuci has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

888cuci does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 888cuci makes no representations as to the accuracy or completeness of any information on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

888cuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (non-exhaustive):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a specified timeframe.
• At the Member's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).

Upon termination, any pending withdrawal of verified funds will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to any outstanding investigations. Bonus balances and associated wagering requirements that have not been fulfilled are forfeited upon account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888cuci holds its international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless alternative dispute resolution mechanisms are agreed upon in writing between the parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

888cuci reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where material changes are made, 888cuci will make reasonable efforts to notify active Members via the email address or mobile number registered on their account. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.
